Kurt Shaver serves as the Director of Operations at JP Services, where he oversees the safe and efficient execution of the company's pipeline services, including hydrostatic testing, pipeline cleaning, separation and flaring, and other critical operations. A former student of Lone Star College, Kurt began his career in the downstream sector of the oil and gas industry in 2007. He later moved to Midland, Texas, to work in the upstream sector, eventually transitioning to the midstream sector in 2016. Starting in field services, Kurt built his career through roles in safety, operations, project management, and leadership, including positions as Vice President and Division Manager, before becoming Director of Operations. His extensive experience across multiple facets of the industry has been pivotal in driving operational excellence and strengthening JP Services' commitment to quality and safety.

Dee's expertise extends globally, having managed complex pipeline integrity projects across the former Soviet Union, the Middle East, South America, Asia, and Canada. His vast knowledge and international experience make him a vital asset in driving growth and delivering exceptional service to JP Services' clients.
