Justin Peter is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for JP Services. In this capacity he provides vision and direction for a company that is growing rapidly. Justin started the company with one truck, one trailer and one employee. His commitment to new levels of both safety and service soon transformed it into a significant player in the pipeline service industry. His demand for integrity not only in the pipelines the company services but in the people who service them has resonated within the industry and fueled exponential growth. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Chief Operating Officer
Aaron Sinnott is the Chief Operating Officer for JP Services and in this position is responsible for all operational functions including field execution, strategic expansion, operational excellence, QHSE, Sales, Marketing and Communication. Aaron brings over 20 years of global management in energy services, operational leadership, technology consulting and business development across the Americas, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Aaron is a graduate of Richmond Collage, Edith Cowan and AIM in Australia.
Cheif Financial Officer
Todd Harper is Chief Financial Officer for JP Services. In this capacity he is responsible for managing all accounting and reporting systems. He also supervises financial modeling, strategic planning, and forecasting. Todd has more than 20 years of experience in oilfield services, including both large, multi-national enterprises and small domestic companies. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University.
Director of New Ventures
Chad Peter is Director of New Ventures for JP Services. In this capacity he is responsible for managing new product line start up and integration along with geographical expansion. His expertise has been critical to the expansion of JP Services, which has experienced a 600 percent increase in revenues since he joined the company. Chad has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and previously worked in small company management.
Director of Sales
Dee Bond is Director of Sales at JP Services He has 30 years of pipeline integrity experience during which time he helped start two pipeline integrity divisions for two major publicly traded oil and gas service companies. Dee was instrumental in the development of the first automated pipeline rehabilitation equipment in the US and also managed pipeline integrity projects in the former Soviet Union and in the Middle East, South America, Asia and Canada. Dee studied at the University of Houston.
Director of Testing Operations
Joel Welch is Director of Testing Operations at JP Services. In this capacity he is responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations and service execution for JP Services across the United States Joel has more than 20 years of pipeline services experience having previously worked for Greene’s Energy Group and Valkarie Commissioning Services in positions of increasing responsibility.
Director of Pipeline Cleaning
Chad Mullins is Director of Pipeline Cleaning Division at JP Services. In this capacity he is responsible for the division’s operations in the USA. Chad has 13 years of pipeline service experience, notably in the management and supervision of a variety of services including pipeline cleaning, hydrostatic testing, flaring services and ILI tool support. He studied at Lone Star College before beginning a career that included stints with N-Spec and Baker Hughes.
Director of Project Management
Shane Saucier is Director of Project Management for JP Services. In this role, Shane is responsible for project management for all divisions of JP Services which includes ensuring client satisfaction, timely delivery of projects, and their profitability. Shane has extensive project management experience in the midstream industry, delivering cross product line project management across the United States. He has obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University prior to starting his professional career with Cameron International and Greene’s Energy Group.
Director of Estimating
David Browne is Director of Estimating for JP Services and is responsible for organizing and overseeing the RFQ process for all JP Services’ divisions with a focus on providing clients accurate proposals, tailored to meet their individual needs. David has eight years of experience in estimating and project management in the oil and gas industry; more than five of those years have been working to grow and expand the JP Services brand. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.
Director of Supply Chain and Asset Management
Matthew Weisensel is the Director of Supply Chain and Asset Management at JP Services. In this role Matthew is responsible for aiding in the achievement of company performance objectives and realizing customer expectations by developing, maintaining and growing supply chain management in areas such as systems integration and optimization, inventory control and demand planning. Matthew has more than ten years of supply chain and asset management experience, primarily in the oil and gas and infrastructure industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University.
