Justin Peter is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for JP Services. In this capacity he provides vision and direction for a company that is growing rapidly. Justin started the company with one truck, one trailer and one employee. His commitment to new levels of both safety and service soon transformed it into a significant player in the pipeline service industry. His demand for integrity not only in the pipelines the company services but in the people who service them has resonated within the industry and fueled exponential growth. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Chad Peter

Chad Peter is Director of New Ventures for JP Services. In this capacity he is responsible for managing new product line start up and integration along with geographical expansion. His expertise has been critical in the expansion of JP Services which has experienced a 600 percent increase in revenues since he joined the company. Chad has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and previously worked in small company management.
Colin Kingery

Colin Kingery is Controller for JP Services. In this capacity he is responsible for all Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Administrative departments and functions. Colin has more than 10 years of experience in both domestic and international accounting, as well as in human resources. Colin holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from McNeese State University with a minor in Human Resources.
Dee Bond
Director of Sales

Dee Bond is Director of Sales at JP Services He has 30 years of pipeline integrity experience during which time he helped start two pipeline integrity divisions for two major publicly traded oil and gas service companies. Dee was instrumental in the development of the first automated pipeline rehabilitation equipment in the US and managed pipeline integrity projects in the former Soviet Union and in the Middle East, South America, Asia and Canada. Dee studied at the University of Houston.
Chad Mullins
Director of Operations

Chad Mullins is Director of Operations at JP Services. In this capacity he is responsible for the division’s operations in the USA. Chad has 13 years of pipeline service experience, notably in the management and supervision of a variety of services including pipeline cleaning, hydrostatic testing, flaring services and ILI tool support. He studied at Lone Star College before beginning a career that included stints with N-Spec and Baker Hughes.
Shane Saucier
Director of Project Management

Shane Saucier is Director of Project Management for JP Services. In this role Shane is responsible for project management for all divisions of JP Services, as well as ensuring client satisfaction, timely delivery of projects and their profitability. Shane has extensive project management experience in the midstream industry, delivering cross product line project management nationwide. He obtained both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University prior to starting his professional career with Cameron International and Greene’s Energy Group.
David Browne

David Browne is Director of Estimating for JP Services and is responsible for organizing and overseeing the RFQ process for all JP Services’ divisions with a focus on providing clients accurate proposals tailored to meet their individual needs. David has eight years of experience in estimating and project management in the oil and gas industry, more than five of which have been spent working to grow and expand the JP Services brand. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.
